Each felting is handmade, if you experience any problems with the piece it is appreciated that you get in contact immediately so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
The buyer understands that this is a hand-crafted product, please handle with care. If the piece gets dusty or dirty, a hand held vacuum may be gently used on it. If the felting gets wrinkled or creases in it, go over it with a steamer as you would a garment, while the felting is hanging.
