RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased art, all artwork is final sale, including refunds on deposit payments for commissioned work. Damage to the felting due to misuse or lack of following care instructions will not be covered. Each felting is handmade, If you experience any problems with the piece we appreciate that you contact us first immediately so we can best resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost due to damage are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend any damaged goods be returned for repair. A notification will be shared you with once order has been dispatched, along with tracking information. Delivery dates will vary depending on location.
